Terms and Conditions for $100 Coles Myer Gift Card draw
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this $100 Coles Myer Gift Card draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are based on Australian Western Standard Time.
ELIGIBILITY
2. Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have completed the feedback survey.
PROMOTION PERIOD
3. This Promotion stars at 9:00AM AWST on 21 August 2019 ends at 11:59PM AWST on 30 September 2019.
HOW TO ENTER
4. To enter this draw, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, complete the Allpipe Technologies feedback survey here https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdA-7ydEDefu5amFu0oGwD4xl3D4Y64BB-yyROZQIp6TddE2Q/viewform?vc=0&c=0&w=1 before 30 September 2019.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
5. Multiple entries not permitted for each person.
DRAW DETAILS
6. The winner will be drawn at random on 1 October 2019. Allpipe Technologies reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
7. The provisional winner(s) will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter.
8. The winner must accept the prize by replying to the promoters notification email with in 30 days.
PRIZE

9. This Gift Card will be mailed to your nominated address. Allpipe Technologies will contact you to arrange delivery.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
10. Allpipe Technologies will select a reserve winner if the first winner leaves the prize unclaimed.
GENERAL
11. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant
13. The total value of the price is $100 Australian Dollars.
14. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
PRIVACY
15. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Allpipe Technologies database.
