Repairing pipes often involves digging, which can often be time consuming, unsafe, expensive and inconvenient.

Trenchless pipe repairs are internal sleeves that are custom made and inserted into the defective pipeline through an inspection opening or access point and positioned in damaged sections of pipe.

Allpipe Technologies offer 2 types of trenchless pipe repairs – the Quicklock system which is a stainless-steel mechanical sleeve installed remotely with our robots or the Epros sleeve which is inserted into the pipeline on a bladder.Both systems are installed on bladder and inflated using compressed air.

Once the sleeve is in position pressure from air inflates the bladder and either moulds resin into the pipe or engages the mechanical sleeve to lock into place.
